Craig and Lena - On Craig's flight back from Singapore he met a Russian woman who was coming to Australia to be married. That meeting told him that there were genuine, sincere and trustworthy ladies available which restored his faith in human nature. On Craig's return to Australia, his friend brought him over to us. As soon as we arrived back at the apartment, Marina called to see if Jeff had arrived safely. Jeff had tears running down his face from the concern that she had showed for him. Jeff, Marina and her child from a previous marriage are now happily married in that small country town.

John and Sveta - The story of a very hard to please and finicky customer, but now a very Satisfied one as seen nationally on Television 23.05.02 John and Sveta were married on Saturday the 31st of March 2001. John is 42, a fitter and turner and was a lonely single father who wanted a soul mate and a mother for his child, plus a partner for his business. When John came to us and inquired about our services, he initially said he was a very busy man and couldn't go to the Ukraine, as he had no-one with whom to leave his son. He was an eligible Bachelor and we convinced him to let the girls over there write to him, with the condition that they would be in a position to be able to travel here. After John had received a couple of letters, common sense told him he had to go over there, after all it was a serious step to be taking. Rather than the ladies coming to him one by one, and nothing coming of it, he came to us and said: "Let's do this properly!" He decided to go over there and carefully pick out his wife to be.
On our advice he left his son with his relatives, and went to Ukraine. Over there he was extremely careful when meeting the ladies, and met many interesting ones in both Kiev and in Minsk. He was considering when interviewing the ladies, that he was a single father with a child that lives with him, that he had a business, as well as his background and preferred life style. Needless to say that some of the ladies didn't want to become an instant mother. When he met with Sveta (25), studying to be a child psychologist, it was obvious to all four of us (John, Sveta, Era and myself) that they were both on the same intellectual level. Although Sveta didn't speak any English, it was an absolute pleasure to translate questions and answers for them. I recall saying it was the best tennis match that I have had to translate in seven years! Whilst the immigration paper work was going through, one could only admire the strength of their relationship through correspondence. When Sveta arrived here it was a new start for them both. Sveta became an instant mother and at the start it wasn't easy, due to the language barrier and the extra responsibility. They came to us for advice and for help interpreting what they couldn't express to each other. We've met them on occasions and a lot of our consulting was done by phone. In a short space of time, Sveta's English improved and they were then married. In July 2002 a happy couple welcomed their new baby into this world.

Scott and Ira - Like a true manager, after corresponding with 12 ladies for six months (addresses purchased over the Internet) and prior to going to meet them, Scott registered with FRWL in October 2001, as a back up. In Kyiv we met Scott at the airport, took him to his unit as we do with all our clients, and arranged meetings with the ladies Scott had been corresponding with. For one reason or another not one of them was compatible, either Scott or the lady didn't feel that mutual chemistry.
We then introduced the ladies on our books in Kyiv to Scott (needless to say the ladies from the net were very attractive and the ones that were chosen in Kyiv were equally so) After exhausting our catalogues we visited two other agencies in Kyiv, Agencies that we work with when needed. Scott did go out with a number of ladies but it wasn't until we approached yet another Agency that he finally found the ideal lady in Iryna. Scott, now back in Australia is corresponding weekly with Iryna whilst waiting for her visa. Iryna is also utilizing this time to study English at our office in Kyiv and they are planning to spend a holiday together in the near future.
